Returns
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bamboletto.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us. Please note, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
